Summit Hills is now accepting applications for a Licensed Manicurist to provide professional nail services to our members.
We are seeking an independent contractor with valid & current board-certified license to work at our Retirement Community providing exceptional customer service.
What you'll do:
- Schedule appointments according to member needs.
- Provide quality service to meet individual member needs through listening and providing suggestions/guidance in accordance with professional standards.
- Maintain positive working relationships with members, family members, staff and management.
- Generate billing sheets and reports to provide the management team.
- Maintain a safe environment for members and staff.
- Ensure personal work area and salon meet and exceed State Board Regulations.
- Respond professionally to customer service issues and promptly addressing complaints.
- Communicate with Management regarding issues and needs.
- Adheres to the Bill of Rights policy for residents.
- Adheres to policies and procedures regarding environmental/infection precautions related to the Spa & Salon.
- Adheres to policies and procedures regarding Resident Abuse, Neglect or Misappropriation of Resident Property.
Requirements:
- Provide manicure and pedicure services to residents.
- Maintain sanitation guidelines and salon duties.
- Work with residents and their families to achieve desired look.
- Valid State Cosmetology/Nail Technician License required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
- Good communication skills and compassion essential.
